Cookingdom Level 47: Lunch Box

Video Guide & Text Walkthrough

Strategy Guide

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  • Plug the sink drain and fill it with water. Wash the carrots, cabbage leaves, and shrimp from the dark-colored plate.
  • Chop the green beans on the cutting board, then return them to the plate.
  • Remove the strawberry stems by sliding them upward and discard the stems. Put the cleaned strawberries back into the plate.
  • Trim the top off the carrots, slice them into thin pieces, discard the tops, and place the slices back into the plate.
  • Peel the shrimp, discard the shells, and keep the cleaned shrimp on the plate.
  • Crush the garlic, peel it, and finely mince it into garlic paste.

Step 2: Make the Egg Mixture

  • Crack one egg at the edge of the bowl and add it in. Repeat with the other two eggs.
  • Add soy sauce, mayonnaise, flour, and sugar to the bowl.
  • Use a whisk to mix steadily and smoothly. Watch the green and red progress bars — keep a steady pace to avoid overmixing, which would overflow the bowl and make you start over.

Step 3: Cook the Dishes

  • Add oil to the pan and turn on the stove.
  • Place the shrimp in the top section, green beans and carrot slices at the bottom.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic and salt over the shrimp and veggies.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the middle section of the pan.
  • Once everything is cooked (colors will change), use a spatula to move the shrimp, veggies, and egg pancake onto separate plates.

Step 4: Steam the Rice

  • Use a wooden spatula to scoop rice into the rice cooker, add water, close the lid, and turn on the switch.
  • When the rice is done, divide it into small rice balls.
  • First round: one large and four small rice balls.
  • Second round: one large, two long, and two round small rice balls — place them on a plate for assembly.

Step 5: Assemble the Lunch Box

  • Place two strawberries in the bottom corners of the lunchbox.
  • Add cabbage leaves at the top section and pile the cooked veggies on top.
  • Layer the egg pancake over the veggies and place a large rice ball below it. Arrange shrimp on both sides of the large rice ball.
  • Add two long rice balls on top of the large rice ball, then two round ones beneath them.
  • Place the biggest rice ball at the top, with two long rice balls acting as bunny ears.
  • Lay a piece of egg pancake on the bunny’s body as its shirt.
  • Position the pink spoon in the bunny’s arms, cover the lunchbox with its lid — and you’re done!
