- Cut the beef fat into pieces and add them into the mixer located in the upper center.
- Turn the meat grinder handle counterclockwise to grind the beef into minced meat.
- Crush the garlic cloves with a knife, then mince them and add them to the mixer.
- Chop the onion into small pieces and add them to the mixer as well. Turn on the mixer.
- Use a spoon to add four types of colored seasonings into the minced beef.
- Add the seasoned minced beef into the mixer and continue mixing until the color changes.
- Pour the finished meat mixture into the purple bowl.
Step 2: Roast the Kebab
- Tear off two sheets of foil from the right side — place one on the baking tray and one on the cutting board.

- Insert two metal skewers from the right side into the meat roll.

- Turn on the oven. After roasting, take it out, remove the foil, and roast it again inside the oven.
Step 3: Prepare the Vegetables
- Chop the lettuce leaves on the cutting board, followed by the onion and tomato. Return each ingredient to its plate for later use.
- Slice the roasted kebab into thin pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add the kebab slices and stir-fry them until they change color.
- Turn off the heat and use tongs to move the cooked kebab back onto the baking tray.
Step 4: Assemble the Doner Kebab
- Spread salad dressing and cream evenly on the flatbread using a spoon.
- Add shredded lettuce, onion strips, and kebab slices.
- Drizzle tomato sauce and chili sauce over the filling.
- Roll the flatbread into a wrap, then cut it in half with a knife.
- Place both halves into the long serving dish below.
- Garnish with lemon slices, basil leaves, and tomato slices.
- That’s it — Doner Kebab complete!
