Strategy Guide
Step 1: Make the Dough ๐
- Youโll find a mix of wheat and tapioca flour, a jar of salt, and a bottle of water.
- Scoop 3 spoonfuls of flour into the glass bowl using the shovel ๐ฅ.
- Open the salt jar and scoop one spoonful into the water bottle ๐ง๐ง.
- Stir the salty water with the long-handled spoon until itโs fully dissolved ๐.
- Pour the salt water into the bowl and stir with the whisk until it becomes a dough ๐ฏ.
- Place the dough into a plastic bag to rest โณ.
- After resting, cover the dough with a handkerchief and pound it evenly with a hammer ๐จ.
- A whack-a-mole minigame will appearโtap to hit the popping capybaras until the progress bar fills up ๐ฎ.
- Remove the handkerchief and take the dough out of the bag ๐ฅก.
- Sprinkle some flour on the cutting board to prevent sticking, then flatten the dough with a rolling pin ๐.
- Cut the dough into 4 squares and place them on a plate ๐ฝ๏ธ.
- Stack them evenly on the cutting board and slice into noodles using a knife ๐.
- Dust the noodles with flour and tap repeatedly to coat them evenly to prevent sticking ๐งผ.
- You'll now have 4 noodle bunchesโplace them into the bowl ready for boiling ๐ฒ.
Step 2: Boil the Noodles ๐ฅ
- Place the pot under the faucet and fill it with water ๐ง.
- Set the pot on the stove and turn on the heat to bring the water to a boil ๐ฅ.
- Once boiling, drop in the 4 noodle bundles one by one ๐.
- Use the long, thick chopsticks to stir the noodles evenly ๐ฅข.
- Place the strainer over the sink and pour the noodles and broth into it to drain ๐ฅ.
- Use tongs to move each noodle portion into the bowls at the bottom of the screen ๐ฒ.
Step 3: Prepare the Soup Base ๐ฅ
- Turn on the stove and pour water into a pot ๐ฆ.
- Once boiling, add 2 eggs and boil until fully cooked ๐ฅ.
- Meanwhile, soak the kelp in a basin of water ๐ฉ.
- When eggs are done, move them back to the original plate and discard the water.
- Pour the kelp broth into the pot, remove the kelp, and add bonito flakes ๐.
- After boiling, remove the bonito flakes and add a spoonful of salt and sugar ๐ง๐ฌ.
- Add soy sauce and mirin, then stir well with chopsticks ๐ฅข.
- Add carrots, pork bones, and leafy greens, stir until mixed, then cover and simmer ๐ฅ๐๐ฅฌ.
- Once done, turn off the heat. The rich soup base is ready! โ
Step 4: Prepare the Toppings ๐ณ
- Slice pork into thin pieces and place on a dish ๐ท.
- Peel the boiled eggs by tappingโthen cut them in half ๐ฅ.
- Cut white part of green onions into sections, and chop the leaves finely ๐ง .
- Slice fish cakes on the board ๐.
- Place all toppings onto small plates, ready for cooking ๐ฝ๏ธ.
- Switch to the frying pan, heat it up and add oil ๐ข๏ธ.
- Sautรฉ green onion sections until fragrant, then add pork slices ๐ฅ.
- Season with salt and soy sauce, stir-fry until meat is cooked through ๐ณ.
- Scoop the cooked meat into a plate. Now your toppings are ready! ๐
Step 5: Assemble the Dish ๐ฒ
- Scoop soup from the pot and pour it over the noodles in the bowl ๐ฅ.
- Add a spoonful of cooked pork slices into the bowl ๐.
- Place 3 slices of fish cake and 3 sheets of seaweed on the left and right ๐ฅ๐ฟ.
- Add half of a boiled egg in the bottom right corner ๐ฅ.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top ๐ฑ.
