Step 1: Make the Dough ๐Ÿœ

  • Youโ€™ll find a mix of wheat and tapioca flour, a jar of salt, and a bottle of water.
  • Scoop 3 spoonfuls of flour into the glass bowl using the shovel ๐Ÿฅ„.
  • Open the salt jar and scoop one spoonful into the water bottle ๐Ÿง‚๐Ÿ’ง.
  • Stir the salty water with the long-handled spoon until itโ€™s fully dissolved ๐Ÿ”.
  • Pour the salt water into the bowl and stir with the whisk until it becomes a dough ๐ŸŽฏ.
  • Place the dough into a plastic bag to rest โณ.
  • After resting, cover the dough with a handkerchief and pound it evenly with a hammer ๐Ÿ”จ.
  • A whack-a-mole minigame will appearโ€”tap to hit the popping capybaras until the progress bar fills up ๐ŸŽฎ.
  • Remove the handkerchief and take the dough out of the bag ๐Ÿฅก.
  • Sprinkle some flour on the cutting board to prevent sticking, then flatten the dough with a rolling pin ๐Ÿ“.
  • Cut the dough into 4 squares and place them on a plate ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ.
  • Stack them evenly on the cutting board and slice into noodles using a knife ๐Ÿœ.
  • Dust the noodles with flour and tap repeatedly to coat them evenly to prevent sticking ๐Ÿงผ.
  • You'll now have 4 noodle bunchesโ€”place them into the bowl ready for boiling ๐Ÿฒ.

Step 2: Boil the Noodles ๐Ÿ”ฅ

  • Place the pot under the faucet and fill it with water ๐Ÿ’ง.
  • Set the pot on the stove and turn on the heat to bring the water to a boil ๐Ÿ”ฅ.
  • Once boiling, drop in the 4 noodle bundles one by one ๐Ÿœ.
  • Use the long, thick chopsticks to stir the noodles evenly ๐Ÿฅข.
  • Place the strainer over the sink and pour the noodles and broth into it to drain ๐Ÿฅ„.
  • Use tongs to move each noodle portion into the bowls at the bottom of the screen ๐Ÿฒ.

Step 3: Prepare the Soup Base ๐Ÿฅ

  • Turn on the stove and pour water into a pot ๐Ÿ’ฆ.
  • Once boiling, add 2 eggs and boil until fully cooked ๐Ÿฅš.
  • Meanwhile, soak the kelp in a basin of water ๐ŸŸฉ.
  • When eggs are done, move them back to the original plate and discard the water.
  • Pour the kelp broth into the pot, remove the kelp, and add bonito flakes ๐ŸŸ.
  • After boiling, remove the bonito flakes and add a spoonful of salt and sugar ๐Ÿง‚๐Ÿฌ.
  • Add soy sauce and mirin, then stir well with chopsticks ๐Ÿฅข.
  • Add carrots, pork bones, and leafy greens, stir until mixed, then cover and simmer ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ–๐Ÿฅฌ.
  • Once done, turn off the heat. The rich soup base is ready! โœ…

Step 4: Prepare the Toppings ๐Ÿณ

  • Slice pork into thin pieces and place on a dish ๐Ÿท.
  • Peel the boiled eggs by tappingโ€”then cut them in half ๐Ÿฅš.
  • Cut white part of green onions into sections, and chop the leaves finely ๐Ÿง….
  • Slice fish cakes on the board ๐ŸŸ.
  • Place all toppings onto small plates, ready for cooking ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ.
  • Switch to the frying pan, heat it up and add oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ.
  • Sautรฉ green onion sections until fragrant, then add pork slices ๐Ÿฅ“.
  • Season with salt and soy sauce, stir-fry until meat is cooked through ๐Ÿณ.

Step 5: Assemble the Dish ๐Ÿฒ

  • Scoop soup from the pot and pour it over the noodles in the bowl ๐Ÿฅ„.
