Step 1: Ice Fishing ๐ฃโ๏ธ
- Tap and move the axe near the almost-finished ice hole ๐ช.
- Tap the hole a few times to break through the ice and reveal a fishing hole ๐ง.
- Drag the bait from the bowl to the hook ๐ชฑ, then place the rod beside the ice hole ๐ฃ.
- The line lowers slowlyโฆ now carefully move the joystick left and right to pull the fish toward the center ๐ฎ.
- Keep the fish inside the green bar for a few seconds to catch it successfully ๐ฉ๐!
- Oops, itโs a boot! Better luck next time ๐ข๐ค.
- Try again โ this fish is a fighter! Reel it in and place it in the bucket. Wow, a fresh salmon! ๐โจ
Step 2: Prep the Ingredients ๐ช๐
- Place the fish, cilantro, lemon, fennel, chili, onion, and tomato on the cutting board ๐ง.
- Slice the lemon in half ๐, and finely chop the rest of the ingredients ๐ซ๐ฟ.
- Put each chopped item back into its own dish ๐ฝ๏ธ.
- Lay the fish on the board, slice open the belly and remove the guts, placing them in the dish below ๐๐.
- Score the fish diagonally to let flavor soak in ๐๐ช.
Step 3: Prepare the Stuffing ๐ฅ๐ฅ
- Use the blowtorch to light the firewood below the pan ๐ฅ๐ชต.
- Pour oil into the pan, wait until it starts to bubble ๐ข๏ธ.
- Add butter to melt, then add: fennel, lemon (squeeze juice in!), cilantro, chili, onion, and tomato ๐ง๐ .

- Swipe your finger to mix sand and water into a thick mud paste ๐๐ค.
- Cover the foil-wrapped fish completely with the mud mixture ๐๐งฑ.
