Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients π₯ππ¦
- Insert the stopper into the sink drain π° and fill it with water.
- Wash the mushrooms π and avocados π₯ in the sink.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit π₯, dice the flesh, and place it in the left plate.
- Chop the mushrooms π and put them into the middle plate.
- Wash the shrimp π¦ in the sink, then tap them to peel off the shells.
- Place the shrimp meat into the right plate π₯£ and discard the shells ποΈ.
- Remove the stopper and drain the sink π°.
Step 2: Make Dimsum Wrappers π₯
- Take a rice wrapper from the bottom left, place it on the cutting board.
- Use the golden scissors βοΈ to cut it into four pieces, then soak them in the left water bowl until translucent.
- Move the soaked wrappers to the top left plate.
- Repeat this for a total of four rice wrappers.
- Take dough from the top middle plate, roll it flat with a rolling pin.
- Use a round mold to cut a circle π₯, place it on the top right plate.
- Repeat this to make four round dough wrappers.
Step 3: Make the Dimsum Fillings π₯π€π
- Open the grinder lid, place shrimp meat inside, close the lid and turn on the grinder.
- Pour the ground shrimp into the three wooden plates on the right.
- Add avocado dices and one plate of ground shrimp into the grinder, turn it on, then pour into a wooden plate.
- Meanwhile, put chopped mushrooms π into the middle bowl, add a plate of ground shrimp, mix with a spoon.
- Add the third plate of ground shrimp into the central bowl, along with some flour.
- Scoop MSG and salt from the seasoning bottle, sprinkle into both bowls, then add black pepper.
- Mix both bowls well with a wooden spoon π₯ and pour them back into the wooden plates.
Step 4: Wrap the Dimsum π₯
- Place a rice wrapper on the board, add pure shrimp filling from the right plate, tap a few times to wrap it, and place in the first steamer.
- Repeat to make four shrimp dumplings.
- Use a dough wrapper, fill with avocado shrimp filling, tap to wrap, place in the second steamer.
- Repeat to make four avocado shrimp dumplings.
- Use another dough wrapper, fill with mushroom shrimp filling, wrap and make four mushroom shrimp dumplings.
Step 5: Steam & Garnish the Dimsum π½οΈ
- Turn on the steamer π₯, add water to the bottom.
- Place the three steamers inside and cover with the lid.
- Wait for the timer β°, then open the lid and move dumplings to plates.
- Pour soy sauce πΆ over the top plate of dumplings, and add chopped green onions πΏ.
- Sprinkle shrimp roe π onto the second plate of dumplings.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions πΏ over the third plate.
- Feed one dimsum to the capybara πΉ β level complete π!
