Step 1: Clean the Seafood π¦π¦
- Insert the stopper into the sink drain π° and fill the sink with water.
- Tap the ropes on the lobsters π¦ and crabs π¦ to remove them.
- Place the lobsters into the sink and scrub them clean with the dish sponge π§½ from the top left corner. Then return them to the plate.
- Do the same for the crabs π¦, scrub clean and place them back.
- Repeat this process for the scallops π and mussels π¦ͺ.
- Remove the stopper and drain the sink π° β don't forget or you can't pass the level!
Step 2: Prepare the Fish π
- Place the fish π on the cutting board and cut off the head by sliding from left to right.
- Remove the fish head and bones 𦴠into the trash bin ποΈ.
- Cut the fish meat into large chunks and place them into the blue tray.
- Finely chop chili πΆοΈ and green onions πΏ.
- Remember to place the knife πͺ back beside the board, or you can't pass!
Step 3: Seasoning & Marinate π§
- Slide the knife πͺ along the lobsterβs back to cut it open.
- Do the same for the crabβs back shell, then tap to open the shell.
- Sprinkle black pepper π§ onto the lobster and crab backs.
- Dip the brush into oil π’οΈ and brush over the squid π¦, scallops π, and fish chunks π.
- Sprinkle chopped chili πΆοΈ from the small bowl over the lobster and crab.
- Brush oyster sauce over them and close the crabβs shell.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions πΏ over the scallops.
Step 4: Grill the Seafood π₯
- Slide the grill rack up to reveal the charcoal.
- Use the torch π₯ to ignite the charcoal, then lower the grill.
- Place lobsters π¦, crabs π¦, and squid π¦ on the grill.
- Sprinkle black pepper π§ onto the squid.
- When the seafood changes color, use tongs to flip the lobsters and crabs, then remove the squid and place it on the small green tray.
- When the crabs are done, move them to the large round plate π₯, and lobsters to the long rectangular plate.
- Add fish chunks π, scallops π, and mussels π¦ͺ to the grill. The scallops will open when heated.
- Sprinkle black pepper π§ over them.
- When they change color, use tongs to move the fish to the horizontal rectangle plate, scallops to the round plate, and mussels to the vertical rectangle plate.
Step 5: Plating π½οΈ
- Place lettuce leaves π₯¬ at the bottom of the serving plate.
- Add lemon slices π, tomato slices π , and basil leaves πΏ.
- Fill the three small bowls with chili sauce πΆοΈ, BBQ sauce, and mustard π.
- In order, plate the squid π¦, mussels π¦ͺ, scallops π, fish chunks π, crabs π¦, and lobsters π¦ β donβt mix up the sequence!
- Finally, sprinkle black pepper π§ over everything β level complete π!
