Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients π½οΈ
- Insert the stopper into the sink drain π°, turn on the faucet, and fill the sink with water.
- Place all the vegetables from the large plate into the sink to wash. π₯¬π π½
- After washing, move the vegetables to five small plates one by one.
- Put another batch of fruits and vegetables into the sink and wash them.
- Take the bell peppers πΆοΈ from the sink, dice them on the cutting board, and place them into the blue tray.
- Take the watermelon π from the sink, slice it, and place it on the long rectangular plate on the left.
- Cut the lemons π into slices and place them into the blue tray.
- Slice the cucumbers π₯ into sections and add them to the blue tray.
- Cut the corn π½ into sections, peel off the husk, and put the corn in the blue tray. Discard the husk into the trash slot.
- Slice the carrots π₯ and place them into the blue tray. Put the carrot tops into the trash slot.
- Wash the shrimp π¦ in the sink.
- Place the bacon π₯ on the cutting board, cut it into sections, and move it to the blue tray.
- Place the steak π₯© on the board, slice it, and transfer it to the blue tray.
- Cut the chicken π into large chunks and place it in the blue tray.
- Place the ribs on the board, cut along the bones πͺ, and move them to the blue tray.
- Put the sausages π on the board, slice patterns on them, and move them to the tray.
- Finally, move the shrimp π¦ from the sink into the tray.
- Turn off the faucet π° and remove the stopper to drain the sink.
Step 2: Seasoning & Marinade π§
- Place the stack of plates π½οΈ onto the four empty slots on the table.
- Use a brush to coat oil π’οΈ onto the vegetables in the tray, then sprinkle black pepper π§.
- Distribute the five types of vegetables into five plates.
- Next, prepare the marinade: pour sugar, salt, BBQ sauce, and oil into the empty bowl.
- Use a spatula π³ to stir everything evenly.
- Pour the marinade sauce over the meat in the tray and mix well.
- When done, move the six types of meat into six individual plates.
Step 3: Grill the Meat π₯
- Slide the grill rack to reveal the charcoal inside the grill.
- Use a blowtorch π₯ to light the charcoal and lower the grill rack.
- Place the steaks π₯© onto the grill, divide them into four portions. When smoke appears π¨, tap to flip them.
- When the other side smokes π¨, move them back to their original plate.
- Do the same for the chicken chunks π β grill, flip, and return.
- Grill the sausages π next, watch carefully as they cook quickly.
- Grill the ribs, flipping them as they smoke, then return to the plate.
- Grill the shrimp π¦ until they turn color, flip them, and finish.
- Finally, grill the bacon π₯, flip it when smoking, then plate it.
Step 4: Grill the Vegetables π₯πΆοΈ
- Place the six plates of vegetables (except tomatoes π ) onto the grill, grouped by type.
- When they smoke π¨, move them back to their plates.
- Grill the tomatoes π last in the empty spot. When done, all vegetables are ready.
Step 5: Plating π½οΈβ¨
- Place large lettuce leaves π₯¬ on the plate as a base.
- Add the grilled vegetables first, starting with grapes π.
- Then arrange the different grilled meats π beautifully.
