Step 1: Prep the Fresh Ingredients πŸ€πŸ¦‘πŸ…

  • Plug the sink drain and fill it with fresh water πŸ’§.
  • Fill the pot πŸ₯˜ under the faucet, place it on the stove and turn on the heat πŸ”₯.
  • While waiting for it to boil, toss octopus πŸ™, shrimp 🍀, green onion 🌿 and tomato πŸ… into the sink to rinse.
  • Once clean, place each ingredient on a tray 🍽️.
  • Slice the lemon πŸ‹ and onion πŸ§…, mince garlic πŸ§„, peel and cut mango πŸ₯­, and finely chop chili 🌢️ and ginger.
