Step 1: Collect Clean Stones πͺ¨π§
- A gentle stream flows ahead, with big stones along both banks. Find a large mossy stone πΏ among them.
- Drag the moss-covered stone into the water, then scrub it clean using the brush π§½ next to the bamboo basket.
- Place the clean stone into the basket π§Ί.
- Find two smaller stones hidden in the grass on the left bank π±.
- Wash them in the stream π¦, scrub with the spoon brush π₯, and place them into the basket as well.
Step 2: Prep the Ingredients π₯©π π§
- On the table are steak, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato, orange, and four spices, including yellow mustard.
- Place the steak π₯© on the cutting board. Brush yellow mustard sauce over the surface.
- Sprinkle salt π§ from the rightmost bowl over the steak evenly.
- Grind chili peppers πΆοΈ from the second bowl in the mortar with the pestle β swipe up and down until fine.
- Sprinkle the crushed chili powder over the steak.
- Grind the green peppercorn-like seasoning from the third bowl, sprinkle over the steak.
- Finally, grind black peppercorns π€ from the fourth bowl, and sprinkle evenly on the steak.
- Return the marinated steak to its place for resting.
- Peel the potatoes π₯ with a peeler, cut into fries π, and set aside.
- Peel the onion π§ by tapping it, chop finely with a knife, and set aside.
- Chop the garlic π§ directly with the knife β no peeling needed β and set aside.
- Remove the tomato π stem, slice into round pieces, and set aside.
- Cut the orange π in half and set aside.
Step 3: Build Stove & Grill Steak π₯π₯©
- Use the cleaned stones πͺ¨ to build a stove by placing them on the marked shadow spots.
- Put the firewood πͺ΅ inside the stone stove.
- Light a match from the matchbox and strike it to ignite the firewood.
- Place the cleaned stone grill plate over the fire π₯.
- Pour oil π’οΈ over the hot stone plate. When it smokes, place the steak on it.
- Once the steak changes color and steams, move it to the cutting board.
- Fry the potato fries π on the stone plate.
- While fries are cooking, cut the steak into strips and move them to the round plate.
- When the fries are golden, move them to the lower round plate.
- Fry the chili peppers πΆοΈ on the hot stone until darkened.
- Chop the cooked chilies and set aside.
Step 4: Make Special Sauce π―π
- Pour oil into the pan π’οΈ. Once it smokes, add butter π§.
- Add chopped onion π§ , garlic π§, and tomatoes π into the pan. Stir-fry into a rich sauce.
- Pour the sauce into a small bowl π₯£.
- Add chopped chili πΆοΈ, rosemary πΏ, and a slice of orange π as garnish.
Step 5: Final Plating π½οΈβ¨
- Place the steak strips neatly on a plate π.
- Add fries beside the steak π.
- Pour the hot sauce over the steak π―.
- Garnish with rosemary πΏ.
- Done β time to feast in the great outdoors! π
